~When using Instant Book~
The Stables
Please select total amount of guests (up to 6) including any children over 2 years.
Children under 2 yrs are free of charge and a travel cot can be provided on request.
The Cartlodge & The Brambles
Please select number of adults (Max 2) and then add details of any children (Max 2-under 5 yrs) in an email/on the contact form.
This accommodation offers a small bed for children and travel cot on request.
If you do not recieve a response from us within 24 hours, please check your junk/spam folder in your email.
Terms & Conditions
Bookings
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking.
(Bookings can be cancelled for free within 24 hours of booking)
Balance must be paid 14 days before the date of stay.
Once guests have confirmed they would like to book or used our instant book facility, an invoice with payment details will be sent via email.
Confirmation of payments received will be sent via email.
(If guests leave a phone number this will also be received by text.)
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within 24 hours of booking.
In the event that we have to close or cannot honour your booking, any monies paid will be refunded or where possible we are happy to transfers stays to a new date.
If booking are cancelled 14 days or less prior to the date of stay, guests will not be eligible for a refund.
Occupancy
Individual accommodation & site maximum occupancy numbers apply.
Overnight guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy number for each accommodation or whole site if multiply unit are selected under the same booking.
Day time visitors are not permitted unless prearranged.
All prearranged visitors on site in excess of 6 (outside of the number of overnight guests) will be classed as an "Event" and subject to extra charges.
